Work experience:
From 1978 to 1991, he served in various positions in the departments of social, legal and educational work in the troops of the Central Asian Military District of the Armed Forces of the USSR and the Group of Soviet Forces in Germany.
From 1991 to 1993, he served as a senior officer in the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 1993 to 1997, he was Head of the Department of Central Subordination Units for Social and Legal Issues, Administration and Discipline – Deputy Head of the Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
After completing his military career, he moved to the commercial sector and successively held the positions of Deputy General Director of the Kazakhstan-US Joint Venture Daris-TTE (1997-2006), Director of the Management Company of KBS Holding (2006-2010), and Director of the Group Management Company “Astanit” (2010-2012).
Since 2009, she has been conducting seminars and trainings for senior managers and personnel of organizations in Kazakhstan, Russia and other CIS countries.
Specialization:
Implementation of various consulting projects and coaching related to the construction of organizations and human resources, including: establishing the right communications, developing and implementing job descriptions, rules, regulations and standards to enhance the effective work of staff.
